Inspiration came from Steve’s time living in Japan when he headed up a joint venture between Unilever and Suntory. The idea that citrusy beers could actually have real fresh lemon and limes added to the fermentation and made with a slight twist of the orient by adding lemongrass in the boil and Japanese green tea during the aroma hop stage.
