Bowman Ales Swift One – new on today at The Fox Inn at Fox Corner.
Swift One from Bowman Ales is a pale, golden quaffing ale with excellent flavours for it’s strength. Pleasingly hoppy throughout without being aggressive and possessing a fine aroma. The finish is dry with a small twist of sweetness at the end. If you feel that this is all rather pretentious then it can best be described as a ‘fantastic pint’!

Not to be taken forgranted, Bowman Ales would like to reiterate their enduring thanks to all the people that helped them set up the brewery here in Droxford. So to all of you that supplied your expertise, manpower, advice, pieces of plant and equipment and in one case, finance, Bowmans give you a hearty and heartfelt “THANK YOU!”
At present there are six working at the brewery – Stuart who deals with the deliveries, Richard who deals with the cleaning and filling of casks, Andrew who is their part time sales chap and in the office, there’s Julia AKA Fuzzy, who doubles as Droxford’s famous lollipop lady. She keeps all the paperwork in good order which is a good thing because this was a weakness of theirs. The Bowman family is of course completed by Ray and Martin.
