Long Man Brewery
Long Man’s award-winning beers are crafted in a converted flint barn in the heart of the South Downs National Park. This is where they put environmental sustainability at the core of everything they do. Long Man beers are brewed using regeneratively farmed barley, grown on site at Church Farm. No till, they use nature’s natural cycles and biodiversity to lock in carbon, keep the worm population healthy and prepare the soil for growing barley.
Interestingly, their brewhouse is solar powered, their waste water is used for irrigation and their spent grain is fed to livestock. Of note, Long Man believes that by looking after the environment around them and sourcing everything they possibly can locally, they can produce Naturally Excellent Beer as well as give back to the land and community they rely on to sustain their business.
