Hawkstone Brewery
The Hawkstone Brewery was born from Jeremy Clarkson’s desire to turn his Cotswold‑grown barley into a premium beer, leading to the creation of Hawkstone Lager and later Hawkstone IPA. The brewery’s origins are rooted in Clarkson’s Diddly Squat Farm in Oxfordshire, where he began farming in 2019 for his series Clarkson’s Farm.
