Dorking Brewery Harvest Time
Dorking Brewery Harvest Time – new on today at The Fox Inn at Fox Corner.
Harvest Time by Dorking Brewery is a 3.4% fresh wet hop English ale brewed with Challenger hops from Hukins Hops. Thus offering a green tea aroma and sweet floral notes.
Interestingly, this seasonal ale is crafted using hops picked straight from the bine, capturing the fleeting freshness of the harvest. Moreover, the blend of Maris Otter, Crystal, Amber, and Dextrin malts provides a smooth, balanced base, while English ale yeast rounds out the profile with a clean finish. Consequently, it is ideal for autumn sipping. Therefor Harvest Time celebrates the magic of mystery in brewing – each batch subtly unique depending on the freshest hops available
ABV 3.4%
