Goffs use only the best ingredients in its beers and source locally wherever possible. Their beers are made with local Cotswold water, finest malts, top quality hops, and traditional brewers yeast. They don’t add anything else!
WATER
They are fortunate to be based in the Cotswold’s where the local water is top quality. Goffs treat it accordingly to get the perfect balance for the styles of beer that we brew.
MALT
Goffs source their quality malted barley from local suppliers. All spent grain is then given to a local farmer for feed for his award winning sheep.
HOPS
The hops chosen for each of Goff’s beers gives them their own unique aroma and flavour. Around the world, countries grow a variety of hops and Goffs love to explore their profiles and how they interact together, to create their lovingly crafted beers.
YEAST
The finishing process requires the blending of good-quality yeast.
