Hop Idol APA is always fun to make because each time they brew it they change the hops.
Each time one of the following hops takes centre stage: Cascade, Amarillo, Centennial, Citra, Columbus and Chinook. Goldmark didn’t intend to use mainly hops beginning with the letter “c”.
They really like hoppy session APAs but didn’t want to get stuck in the “signature hoppy brew” tag. Goldmark has been brewing Hop Idol for bars who love the different versions of the beer. So which hop is the star of your Hop Idol this week?

Goldmark Craft Beers is a Sussex brewery near Arundel, West Sussex.
The Goldmark brewery was founded in 2013 by ex Biochemical analyst Mark Lehmann. Mark was a beer enthusiast brewing beer from the age of eighteen.
Their 10 BBL brewery uses numerous brewing methods with State of the Art fermenters, to tailor make each beer without compromise.
The brewery makes beer for bars, restaurants, cafes, micropubs and real ale lead independent public houses. The brewery has won multiple awards from the Campaign for Real Ale.
